In response to your appeal, the Education Department of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Minsk reports the following.

In accordance with Article 73 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and the Family of the Republic of Belarus, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minor children is vested in their parents.

Due to the fact that you have not provided the indicated documents, it is impossible to communicate to you personal information concerning Anthoula Anthie Cheropoulou, born in 2012.

I have been litigating in Belarus since April 2017, provided them with all the above-requested documents several times. The first time the documentation was sent to the Central Organization of Belarus through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sweden on 25.04.2017, but still, the “Collective Farmer” M.Ye. Maslov is asking me to provide him with the same documentation again, following directives from a higher instance!
