In court, the defendant, L.A. Trafimovich, did not recognize the claim. She explained to the court that the educational program of the State Educational Institution “Gymnasium No. 35 of the City of Minsk” and the Ichvis school are the same, adopted on the basis of the recommendations of the Ministry of Education. According to her, her daughter Anthoula Anthie attends optional classes “Foundations of Orthodox Culture”, 1 hour a week.

Having heard the parties, the representative of the Education Department of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Minsk, having studied the written materials of the case, the court considers that the claims cannot be satisfied in accordance with Articles 75-76 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family.

DECIDED:

The claim of Nicolaos Cheropoulos against Liudmila Arkadeyevna Trafimovich concerning the elimination of differences in raising a child between parents is hereby denied.

According to the conclusion of the Education Department of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Minsk, the mother of A-A C., L.A. Trafimovich, has the right to determine the educational institution for the education of her daughters, which will correspond to the interests of the minors.
