Notarization and Apostille to be translated into Russian

My Attorney in Minsk, Mr. A.K., once again received a refusal from the Administration of the Health Care Institution “City Clinic No. 13” to satisfy our request to provide us with a health record of the health status of my children. This time, they wanted the Notarization and Apostille to be translated into the Russian language (!!!).

Under the Convention, this is not necessary, and there is a specific Article describing this!! The article in the Convention regarding Apostille was made exactly. For this reason, the Notarization and the Apostille on a document do not have to be translated if it is in English (and two other languages)! Only the content of a document must be translated!! We are again waiting with curiosity and great excitement for what excuse the administration of the “City Children’s Clinic No. 13” will invent this time.
