As we all know, the number of International Child Abduction cases is growing fast within the EU and all over the world, but there seems to be zero enforcement of the custody rights of the parent (the left-behind parent) who lost the children due to such abduction. The reality shows that despite any formal International Agreements or Signatures, many countries (signatories) still do not really worry about \u201cThe Hague Convention\u201d and do not take it seriously at all.<\/p>

The Hague Convention simply does not work properly. I am sure that this can also be supported by the statistics \u2013 what is the percentage of any abducted children recovered versus those who have never been returned by their abductors? I am sure the success rate is miserable. This makes me wonder why that is.<\/p>

And so, I am forced to ask \u2013 is The Hague Convention really just one of those many \u201cnice to have\u201d policies? This Convention has existed for about 30 years now, but it still does not work as needed, and there seems to be a poor and inefficient government infrastructure (if any at all) to enforce it efficiently.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

So much money has been invested in various \u201cPROJECTS\u201d in Belarus for so many years without any visible results or improvements in their Judicial, Social, and Political Systems. Instead, this money went into the pockets of Lukashenko\u2019s Criminals and himself.\u00a0<\/p>
