Prosecutor Khmaruk S.K. is also involved in Politically Motivated Persecution and denial of Justice.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a pitiful argumentation in the ruled decision, Deputy Prosecutor Karpovich A.V. proved once again that the Rule of Law and the right to have a FAIR TRIAL do not exist in Belarus. The Hague Convention does not exist in the Lawless and Politically Corrupt State of Belarus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is worth further explaining here is that the Chairman of the Minsk City Court, Mr. Korshunovich P.I., and Prosecutor, Mr. Khmaruk, early in May 2018, did consider that the previous ruled decisions by Judge Birulia O.E. on The Hague Case and the Custody Case were illegal!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can this be because the Greek Honorary Consul was participating as an observer at the hearing on the 16th of May 2018?<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For your reference, the Honorary Consul of Greece in Minsk is a well-known businessman with a huge financial empire in Belarus who has dual citizenship, both Greek and Belarusian! Thus, it was obvious that somebody squeezed ( his orchids) him, and he avoided participating as an observer in my further legal battle with various excuses. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Prosecutor Karpovich A.V., who rejected my Cassation Appeal, is also known for perverting the law and the abuse of children\u2019s rights<\/a><\/strong><\/i> (The deputy washes the hands of the prosecutor)<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
