This is a trap that they typically use for any new cases like mine \u2013 they send you to a mediator who, of course, will never be objective.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Justice, Alyoshin A.A., deliberately decided to apply the local Belarus-specific laws to another country and completelly ignored the fact that my children were abducted FROM Sweden TO Belarus, and not WITHIN the territory of Belarus. Therefore, this crime falls under the International Law and the Jurisdiction of the Hague Convention regarding Child Abduction, which the Republic of Belarus signed and accepted.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope Mr. A.A. Alyoshin has enough intellect and common sense to understand that this was the reason I was litigating in Belarus. I would not have a reason to do that if my children were Abducted within the territory of Belarus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every time this \u201cIndependent\u201d law office managed to deceive a left-behind parent, they got awards from O.L. Slizhevskiy and other\u00a0high-ranking officials. That exactly is what they call having a \u201cKrysha\u201d in the Russian language \u2013 this means \u201cRoof\u201d, privileges from above as long as you are loyal to Lukashenko’s regime!<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elena Zhdanovich had a “close” relationship with O.L. Slizhevskiy as long as he was Minister of Justice. After his dismissal from his position, Elena Zhdanovich and Irina Bagnich began to work independently, and their law office “Law and Family Mediation” was liquidated!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not forget that for them, you are and always will be nothing else but a foreigner, which means an enemy \u2013 that is written deep in their minds thanks to the decades of the Soviet system that always painted foreigners as enemies, spies, and suspicious people. Since they view you as an unpleasant intruder, they will try to convince you that you need to accept their mediation proposal, which, of course, is never in your favor. They see you only as money with their \u201cParasitic Ideology\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
