Behind My Back by order of Judge Berulia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPsychological Survey\u201d would be conducted on our children on the 6th of June<\/em><\/em>!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

PSYCHOLOGICAL SURVEY of ANTHIE and ALEXANDRA by order of the Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk dated June 05, 2018, behind my back by order of Judge Berulia.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June 2018, I had to make an urgent trip to Minsk to change the Law Office and to postpone the hearing planned to be held on the 5th of June 2018. I managed to change Law Office and postpone the planned hearing with the help and instructions of my new Attorneys.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On my way back to Sweden, on the 6th of June, Ms. Trafimovich phoned me around 12:00, 30 minutes before I was boarding my flight from Minsk back to Stockholm, and told me that a \u201cPsychological Survey\u201d would be conducted on our children on the 6th of June. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was shocked when she told me this, and I asked her who gave the order for this Illegal Procedure to happen. Anthie will be 6 years old on the 8th of June, and Alexandra is only 3 years old! Ms. Trafimovich didn\u2019t answer me and hung up the phone! <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 8th of June, I returned to Minsk in an <\/strong><\/em>
attempt to celebrate my daughter Anthie\u2019s birthday.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Worth remembering, on the 16th of May 2018, the decision ruled by Judge Berulia<\/em> to grant Ms. Trafimovich sole custody in Belarus was considered to be illegal by Minsk City Court and sent back to the Court of First Instance for a new consideration! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

That means that, theoretically, I was the only one who had Sole Custody in Sweden and Belarus. Despite this fact, I was completely ignored and neglected by the Judicial Authorities of Belarus, who didn\u2019t bother to inform me about their planned \u201cPsychological Survey\u201d of my children. Like Criminals, they proceeded and did everything behind my back!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excerpts from the Psychological Survey of My Children:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Anthoula demonstrates emotional affection for both her mother and father. The child has the closest relationship with the mother. The father is present in all tasks (except for the family drawing) but a little farther away. The figures of both parents and their relationship with them are positively colored in the girl\u2019s view. Since the parents do not live together and there is discord between them, the girl experiences anxiety and tension when it comes to the family. She wants to see her father, to visit him, but to live with her mother.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recommendations:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. The mother should facilitate communication between daughters and the father.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The mother and father should speak about the other parent in a neutral or positive way. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Alexandra settles herself in a red \u201cbeautiful house\u201d. She places her father, then her mother, and sister Anthoula next to herself, but in the upper cells, which can be interpreted as significant relations important for her. Such an arrangement may indicate the importance and authority of the specified family members. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Based on the drawing, Sasha is in the middle, and on top, at about the same distance, she placed dad, mom, and sister. The figure of the father is directly above the girl.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The girl refused to place anyone in the black \u201cugly house\u201d. This house frightened the child and was therefore painted over with a felt-tip pen and separated from the \u201cbeautiful house\u201d. This indicates a good attitude of the girl towards family members, the absence of a negative attitude towards them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Although the survey of my daughters didn\u2019t say anything negative about me, I would say the opposite. I consider it to be \u201cMonstrous\u201d and only proves that Justice and what is \u201cIn the Best Interest of a Child\u201d do not exist in Belarus.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Some months after the conducted survey, I requested a new survey of my children, but my request was denied! In my opinion, this indicates that the conducted survey was not objective and was most likely manipulated and conducted several times to get the answers they needed to fit their objectives!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
