More than a month ago, on April 1 and 2, 2019, Nicolas Cheropoulos, his translator, and I, as his official representative, visited the State Educational Establishment \u201cSanatorium Kindergarten No. 480\u201d in order to have a conversation with the teacher psychologist of this establishment, Olga Anatolyevna Adrianova.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both conversations took place in your office in your presence.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At the request of the psychologist, Nicolas Cheropoulos provided the letter with a written request to conduct an examination of his daughters in the form of conversations, games, and other acceptable ways, indicating that he is extremely concerned about the psychological state of his daughters, which he observed during the last meeting. Nicolas Cheropoulos gave this written request during the visit on April 2, 2019, in the presence of all the persons mentioned above.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 2, 2019 (a month later), he received an unsigned document by e-mail, without a date and a seal, stating that the examination would not be conducted. From the point of the law, such a response is not official or acceptable.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
