The head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Justice, Alyoshin A.A., deliberately decided to apply the local Belarus-specific laws to another country and totally ignored the fact that my children were abducted FROM Sweden TO Belarus, and not WITHIN the territory of Belarus. Therefore, this crime falls under the International Law and the Jurisdiction of The Hague Convention regarding Child Abduction, which the Republic of Belarus undersigned and accepted.

I hope Mr. A.A. Alyoshin has enough intellect and common sense to understand that this was the reason I was litigating in Belarus. I would not have a reason to do that if my children were Abducted within the territory of Belarus.
He also advises other left-behind parents litigating in Belarus to contact the law office “Law and Family Mediation”, the same Law Office he recommended to me! I wonder why? As such, this is nothing else than a trap that they typically use for any new cases like mine – they send you to a mediator who, of course, will never be objective.
