I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos. The reason for sending this letter to you is the fact that you do not respond to the requests and letters of Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos, and we are forced to contact you in this way.

In the period from December 20 to 26, 2017, Mr. Nicolas Cheropulos plans to come to Minsk to see his children Anthoula Anthie and Alexandra at Christmas, give his children their Christmas presents, and celebrate Christmas together with them.

Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos wrote to you about his desire on November 19, 2017 (by e-mail), but to date, he has not received an answer.

Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos sincerely experiences separation from his children and hopes that you will not obstruct his communication with them. As a loving father, Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos asks you not to deny him the opportunity to meet and communicate with his children.

I ask you to take into account that, according to Art. 76 of the Code on Marriage and Family of the Republic of Belarus, Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos has equal rights with you in relation to his children.

By virtue of Art. Article 77 of the Code of Marriage and Family of the Republic of Belarus, a parent living separately from children has the right to communicate with them. The parent with whom the children live does not have the right to prevent the other parent from communicating with the children and participating in their upbringing.

On behalf of Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos, I ask you to consent to the communication of Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos with his children Anthoula, Anthie, and Alexandra from December 20 to 26, 2017, and indicate the option that is acceptable to you.

To agree on a specific time and conditions for a meeting between Mr. Nicolas Cheropoulos and his children.

In case of refusal, please send me a written reply indicating the reasons for refusal.
