Worth noticing, that the day before we received the rejection of our Appeal on the 28th of December 2018, which was submitted on the 6th of December 2018, the illegally ruled decision was taken on the 27th of December 2018 to grant Ms. Trafimovich sole custody in Belarus. I was never legally summoned to this court process!

In response to your statement on the violation of the rights of minors and on the transfer of minors to a legal guardian, we inform you as follows.

– The mother takes care of the upbringing and support of her minor daughters.
– In accordance with the inspection report on housing and upbringing conditions of the minors issued by specialists of the public educational institution “Social and Paedagogical Centre of the Oktyabrsky District in Minsk”, it was determined that the well-furnished 3-room flat has the conditions necessary for the life and upbringing of the minor children.
– When the father comes to Minsk, the girls are eager to engage with him.

During a visit to the family, it was additionally explained to the minors’ mother, L. A. Trafimovich, that in accordance with Articles 75, 76, and 77 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family, both parents have equal rights and obligations in upbringing their children, and the parent who resides separately from the children has the right to communicate with them and is obliged to participate in their upbringing, while the parent with whom the children live is not entitled to prevent the other parent from communicating with them and participating in their upbringing.
