Appeal to Postpone Hearing on Illegally Ruled Decision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I never received an answer to my Appeal requesting to postpone the hearing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Judge Makarevich S.Y. informed me that my \u201cAppeal\u201d was rejected!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Appeal to postpone the hearing concerning the illegally ruled decision from 2018-12-27<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never received any answer to my Appeal to postpone the hearing scheduled for the 29th<\/sup> of April 2019, so I will be able to legally prepare myself and travel to Belarus. Instead, I received a bunch of irrelevant answers from her colleague and associate, the Chairman of the Civil Court of Oktyabrsky district of Minsk Makarevich S.Y., who sent me an email on the 29th<\/sup> of May 2019 (as described earlier), informing me that the hearing was performed on the 29th<\/sup> of April 2019 and that my \u201cAppeal\u201d was rejected!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My petition was officially sent 2019.04.17, by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm, acting through the legal authorities of Sweden, to the Judge of the Minsk City Court, I.N. Ugnivenko, Minsk City Court. The translated Petition into Russian was immediately sent by Email on 2019.04.12, Judge Ugnivenko Inna Nikolaevna. Something she ignored and neglected!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
