Dear Igor Vasilievich,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am forced to send another appeal to you since my previous appeal to you has not actually been considered on its merits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, in accordance with Clause 1.10 of Article 2 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Education (hereinafter \u2013 the Code), the state policy in the field of education is based on the principles of the secular nature of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nevertheless, these principles are grossly violated by the Ichvis Private School.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Thus, by virtue of Clause 3 of Article 2 of the Code, the creation and anonymous or other activities of religious organizations contrary to the law in educational institutions are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As follows from numerous publications on Internet resources, Ikhvis Private School is based on the personality cult of its religious leader, Archpriest Andrei Lemeshonk, who established an authoritarian regime in the institution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, during the period of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, the institution continued its activities as usual, without taking measures to protect the health of its employees, students, and parishioners. As a result, most of the nuns and staff fell ill with pneumonia and COVID-19 infections. However, this information is officially concealed<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The media company TuT.By that published the article about the Coronavirus outbreak,<\/em> has been forcibly closed and cracked down by Lukashenko’s terror Gang.<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR REFERENCE. In fact, Ikhvis Private School is located on the territory of St. Elisabeth Convent, located at 6, Vygotskogo Street in Minsk, and is an integral part of it. This monastery is quite often visited by odious personalities who adhere to radical neo-Nazi views, which they do not hide, but, on the contrary, publicly demonstrate, in particular, Dmitry Lemeshonok, the son of Archpriest Andrei Lemeshonok (https:\/\/nashaniva.by\/?c=ar&i=197309&lang=ru<\/a>), and is also used as a platform for the propaganda of hatred and the cult of war by people with a dubious reputation, namely \u201cthe warrior of Christ Anthony\u201d or as he calls himself \u201cLieutenant Colonel of the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate Anton Manshin\u201d (https:\/\/nashaniva.by\/?c=ar&i=197200&lang=ru<\/a>).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, taking into account the foregoing, as well as the complete identity of the information contained in the application dated September 30, 2020, with the information of the previously considered application dated May 19, 2020, guided by Paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 the Law) we notify that your repeated appeal is unreasonable and correspondence with you on these issues is terminated.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law, the response of the Ministry of Education can be appealed in court in the manner prescribed by law.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I consider them personally responsible for the destruction of my Daughters, who are forced to attend an extreme religious school under the supervision of the Neo-Nazi and con artist Lemeshonok, where they are brainwashed and manipulated on a daily basis so they will become losers like themselves and the rest of the Public Servants and \u201cPolitical Prostitutes\u201d I have interacted with in Belarus. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
