Received Answer from Minsk Executive Education Committee V.A. Prigodich on our Appeal\/Complaint submitted on 2019.04.24, as a copy to the Ministry of Education of Belarus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The answer received from Prigodich V.A. was like all the previous answers received from him; it was pitiful, ambivalent, and with no logical reasoning.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXCERPTS:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee (hereinafter \u2013 the Committee) considered within the limits of your next electronic competence appeal to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and reports the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The facts stated in your appeal, in terms of ensuring the rights and legal interests of minors in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, were studied by experts of the committee. At the same time, conversations were held with specialists of the Department of Education. Administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Minsk, the administration GUO \u201cSanatorium kindergarten 480 of Minsk\u201d, with the mother of your children, Trafimovich LA, the relevant documentation was
studied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, it was established that the decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court, the residence of your children Anthoula Anthie, born in 2012, and Alexandra, born in 2015, was determined by the place of residence mother, Trafimovich L.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mother properly educates daughters, and cares about the physical, spiritual, and moral development of<\/em> children, about their health, education, and preparation for independent living in society (!?).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again, all the raised arguments by my Attorney, Ms. E.M., were ignored and neglected!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
