Dear Nikolas,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The administration of the State Educational Establishment \u201cSanatorium Kindergarten No. 480 of the City of Minsk\u201d, having examined your appeal sent to the email address of the preschool educational institution on October 31, 2019, informs you of the following.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anthoula Anthie Cheropoulou was expelled from the State Educational Establishment \u201cSanatorium Kindergarten No. 480 of the City of Minsk\u201d on August 31, 2019, due to the end of the term for receiving preschool education.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On April 05, 2019, the State Educational Establishment \u201cSanatorium Kindergarten No. 480 of the City of Minsk\u201d received a statement from L.A. Trafimovich (the mother of the minors) indicating that on December 27, 2018, the Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk decided to determine the place of residence of the minors Anthie Anthoula Cheropoulou and Alexandra Cheropoulou as with their mother L.A. Trafimovich in the Republic of Belarus. At the request of the court, an in-depth diagnostic examination of both girls was conducted at the State Educational Institution \u201cSocial and Pedagogical Center of Oktyabrsky District of the City of Minsk\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is worth remembering that since the 10th of September 2018, the final custody decision has been ruled and enforced in Sweden. This decision is recognized and valid in the territory of Belarus!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citation from Minsk City Court:<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Custody and guardianship determined for minor Belarusian citizens while complying with the laws of the respective states are recognized as effective in the Republic of Belarus if there are no objections against the determination of custody and guardianship or against their recognition from a diplomatic mission or a consular agency of the Republic of Belarus, which should receive a competent opinion of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in the manner prescribed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Such issues do not require recognition in a judicial proceeding.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some reason, the above is ignored and neglected despite the fact that the decision from Sweden was ruled 4 months earlier and was in force, the Judicial authorities of Belarus proceeded with an illegal decision on the 27th of December 2018, ignoring that there is a decision on custody already!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
