Ms. Trafimovich’s answers to Ms. Martha Poni\u2019s initial letter from December 21, 2020, with three proposals to find a compromise solution, can only be described as an \u201cAbsurdum\u201d with allegations and unfounded, untrue, with humorous excuses and arguments for the evil she did.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Martha,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I inform you that I have never prevented and do not interfere with the meetings and communication of Nicolas Cheropoulos with the children (all dates and details of these meetings are recorded in the court minutes). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“On the contrary, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that he (Nicolas) has not shown any desire to come to see the children for about two years”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the years that I lived with Nicolas, I never said anything negative about him to the children. I continue in the same way now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The desire to be present at the meetings and conversations of Nicolaos with the children is dictated by my parental caution and concern for children \u2013 Nicolas repeatedly gave them strong alcoholic drinks at meetings with children and expressed obscene words addressed to me (this is also recorded in the court records and there are witnesses).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I am surprised that you speak so freely about the complete absence of the risk of child abduction. You are probably not knowledgeable or showing due interest in details. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“At the last court hearing in Minsk in October 2020, the lawyer of Nicholas Cheropoulos said that he (Nicolas) intends to continue to pursue his goal of taking children from Belarus to Sweden”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

As for the decision-making by Nicolas Cheropoulos and the disposal of his property, this does not concern me at all. This is his property. He has the right to dispose of it at his discretion and bear full and sole responsibility for his actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the contrary, I would like to inform you that the Court of the Republic of Belarus made a decision on the payment of alimony for children by Nicolas Cheropulos. Refusal to pay alimony confirms that he (Nicolas) does not want to really participate in the upbringing of children and violates the property rights of children.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

“About your invented interpretations of my \u201cbehavior\u201d \u2013 it interests me very little, but it only emphasizes your non-objectivity and your desire (or ability) to conduct a constructive dialogue”. (!?)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Trafimovich’s reply was conducted by her lawyers, Elena Zhdanovitch and Irina Bagnich. They were not interested in finding a compromise; they were interested in money, using my daughters as a blackmail tool to force me to accept their terms and conditions! However, this never happened and will never happen!<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Ms. Trafivovich and her advisers are blatantly lying. My last visit to meet with my daughters in Minsk was in June 2019 to celebrate Anthie’s birthday. This was one of three trips I made in a short period of time, between April and June. The one in April was to celebrate Alexandra’s birthday on April 1st.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
