Violation of the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad
Appeal Referring to the Submitted Complaint/Protest by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm to their Counterpart in Belarus
An appeal was submitted by me, Nicolaos Cheropoulos, in January 2019 from Sweden, against the illegally ruled decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of December 27th, 2018, on determining the place of residence of minor children, recovering alimony for their maintenance, as well as determining the procedure for the departure of the minor children from the Republic of Belarus.
2019-01-16: Complaint was sent by Email to (omd@minjust.by, icd@minjust.by, kanc@minjust.by, mail@mfa.gov.by) by the state body “County Administrative Board of Stockholm” regarding “Violation of the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters” to the authorities of the Republic of Belarus, as follows:
“The hearing that took place on December 27th, 2018, at 14.30 in the court of Oktyabrsky in Minsk resulted in a decision being announced. As Nicolas Cheropoulos was not served according to the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965, the Central Authority of The Kingdom of Sweden would appreciate a reply in this matter”.
The Swedish authorities, the “County Administrative Board of Stockholm”, never received an answer to their Complaint/Appeal from their counterpart in Belarus.
In Wonderland, Belarus, if you try to appeal against the incompetence of the Judges. Take a wild guess where your appeal will end – in the shredder.
Makarevich Svetlana Yurievna is also known for ruling politically motivated decisions against citizens for their political views (Rules unlawful decisions under Art. 23.34 Administrative Code)
