Finally, we received 08.09.2020 EXTRACTS of the HEALTH RECORDS of my CHILDREN on Request SUBMITTED 2020.05.11 to the Administration of the Health Care Institution \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13. Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs Pivovarova N.P. issued the documents (\u041f\u0438\u0432\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430 \u041d\u0430\u0442\u0430\u043b\u044c\u044f \u041f\u0435\u0442\u0440\u043e\u0432\u043d\u0430), who previously refused to satisfy my request!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2020.08.04 Received an Answer from the Healthcare Institution \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13\u201d with the rejection of my Attorney\u2019s request to have an extract of the medical record of my daughter Alexandra, who was hospitalized there with an \u201cINFECTION\u201d early in May 2020. Later, we also found out that my elder daughter Anthie was also hospitalised. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excerpts of the received answer 04.08.2020:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To issue an extract from medical documents on the state of health of Cheropoulou Alexandra, you need to provide the health institution \u201c13th City Children\u2019s Clinical Polyclinic\u201d a document certifying the identity of the representative and a duly executed power of attorney containing the authority to apply to government agencies, organizations for obtaining information, including constituting a secret protected by law, concerning Cheropoulou Alexandra. Unfortunately, the power of attorney submitted by you earlier does not contain these powers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, the PoA of my Attorney, Mr. A.K., wasn’t satisfactory to the Hospital\u2019s Administration!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I will have to issue a new PoA\u2026! Cirkus Humberto Continues!?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I issued a new PoA for my Attorney, Mr. A.K., in Stockholm and sent it to him by DHL in 3 days, so we will not lose more valuable time caused by the obstacles created on purpose by various unethical and unprofessional public servants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new submission was made to the Administration of the Health Care Institution \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13\u201d to provide us with a health record of the health status of my children, submitted by my Attorney, Mr. A.K.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the persistence of Mr. A.K. and my willingness to fight, we finally received \u201cExtracts of Health Records\u201d for my Daughters. It was not funny to read, and I understood the reason why their mother and the gang that protected her tried to avoid giving me copies and invented obstacles all the time.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
