Sivak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On improper consideration of the Appeal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been informed that my daughter, Alexandra Cheropoulou, is hospitalized in one of the healthcare institutions subordinate to the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, together with her mother, Liudmila Trafimovich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Excerpts:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, I have received information that my youngest daughter, Alexandra Cheropoulou, is hospitalized in one of the healthcare institutions subordinate to the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee (hereinafter \u2013 the Committee). Since I do not have reliable information, and the mother of the children refuses to give me information, I fear for her health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On May 11, 2020, I sent an electronic appeal to the Chairman of the Committee&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/actionagainstchildabduction.com\/sk\/by-2020-05-22-malyshko-s-s-%d0%bc%d0%b0%d0%bb%d1%8b%d1%88%d0%ba%d0%be-%d1%81-%d1%81-ex-chairman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(Siarhei S. Malyshka \u0441hair of the Health Committee)<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;by e-mail in the prescribed manner (e-mail: kzmg@komzdrav-minsk.gov.by) with a request to provide me as a parent (legal representative) with information regarding the health care institution in which my daughter Alexandra Cheropoulou, born on April 01, 2015, is now hospitalized, as well as information about her state of health,&nbsp;<strong>providing for this an exhaustive document confirming the degree of kinship.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On May 20, 2020, I received an e-mail response (ref. No. H-16-13\/4-2649 of May 20, 2020) signed by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/actionagainstchildabduction.com\/sk\/by-2020-05-20-rejection-of-appeal-to-the-health-executive-committee-2020-05-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>First Deputy of the Committee, D.V. Cherednichenko,<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;stating that in order to receive the requested information,&nbsp;<strong>I should&nbsp;contact the Committee only in person<\/strong>&nbsp;with an identity document and documents confirming the degree of kinship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, in violation of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus \u2116 300-\u0417 dated July 18, 2011 \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 the Law),\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/actionagainstchildabduction.com\/sk\/by-2020-05-15-answer-on-appeal-from-minsk-city-executive-healthcare-committee-regarding-alexandras-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the written response signed by Mr. D.V.
