The administration of the Health Care Institution \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13\u201d has considered your application of July 02, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHereby we inform you of the following: due to the fact that the legal representative of Alexandra Cheropoulou, born on April 01, 2015, is her mother (Liudmila Trafimovich), we can provide the extract from the child\u2019s medical records only with the mother\u2019s consent\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Article 20, Clause 1 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-\u0417 of July 18, 2011, \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d, the decision of the administration of the clinic may be appealed to the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee in the manner established by the law.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the fact that my Attorney, Mr. A.K., followed all requested rules by the Health Executive Committee to receive information regarding the health status of my children, I was refused with the argument that it can only be provided with the mother\u2019s consent, Ms. Liudmila Trafimovich! As you all understand, I am denied having any information regarding my children, even though Ms. Trafimovich endangers their health and well-being!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
