2020.08.04: Received an Answer from the Healthcare Institution \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13\u201d<\/em>\u00a0with the rejection of my Attorney’s request to have an extract of the medical record of my daughter\u00a0Alexandra Cheropoulou who was hospitalized there with an \u201cINFECTION\u201d in May 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To issue an extract from medical documents on the state of health of Cheropoulou Alexandra, you need to provide the health institution \u201c13th City Children\u2019s Clinical Polyclinic\u201d a document certifying the identity of the representative and a duly executed power of attorney containing the authority to apply to government agencies, organizations for obtaining information, including constituting a secret protected by law, in relation to Cheropulu Alexandra. Unfortunately,\u00a0the power of attorney submitted by you earlier does not contain these powers<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time, the PoA of my Attorney,<\/strong><\/em> Mr. A.K., was not to the satisfaction of the Hospital\u2019s Administration!<\/strong><\/em>
