On the 28th of July, 2020, Attorney Ms. Martha Poni wrote a <\/em>final letter to A.A. Zabara, deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of Belarus. <\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presenting and describing the atrocities, vandalism, and perversion of the law I was facing in my litigation process in Belarus<\/em><\/em>. This was the EPILOGUE from Ms. Martha Poni, who didn\u2019t expect any answers from anyone from BELARUS! <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the letter, Ms. Poni included, as CC, some of the Protagonists in Belarus who vandalized the law and presented the denial of Justice I was facing for more than 3 years.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 12th of August, Ms. Poni received an irrelevant answer from Chairman Makarevich Svetlana Yuryevna, who informed Ms. Poni about the routines on how to submit an APPEAL!! Obviously, Judge Makarevich must have misunderstood the purpose of the letter to A.A. Zabara, or Ms. Martha Poni provoked something else to the Chairman of the Oktyabrsky District Court\u2026\u2026..<\/em>(!?).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On considering the appeal<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk has considered your appeal received at the court\u2019s e-mail address within its competence on July 28, 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the results of consideration, we hereby report the following.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 27, 2018, the Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk issued a decision in a civil case based on the claim of L.A. Trafimovich against Nikolas Cheropoulos on the determination of the place of residence of the minor children on the establishment of a different procedure for the departure of the minor children from the Republic of Belarus. The decision came into legal force.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since you are not one of the participants in the civil proceedings, the case materials do not contain documents confirming your authority to represent the interests of Nikolas Cheropoulos, and you have not submitted the relevant documents. There is no legal basis for providing you with information on the case.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, it is explained that the procedure for reviewing decisions that have entered into legal force is determined by Chapter 33 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-\u0417 of July 18, 2011, \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d, in case of disagreement with the response to the appeal, you have the right to appeal it to a superior organization (Minsk City Court).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obviously, Judge Svetlana Yurievna Makarevich didn’t know that attorney Ms. Martha Poni was the head of my case and supervised my legal battle in Belarus from April 2017.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
