In a state where the \u201cRule of Law\u201d does not exist<\/em>, it is impossible to find justice<\/em>!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Replied to the Ministry of Education regarding the Rejection of my Complaint\/Appeal\u00a0by Deputy A.V. Kaldubay,\u00a0submitted on 2020.10.22.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for the repeated information and copy-paste about \u201cPart two of Article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family\u201d, that disagreements between parents on raising children shall be resolved in court.<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I agree with you, but in a state where the \u201cRule of Law\u201d is not respected, or more precisely, \u201cDoes not Exist\u201d, then it is impossible to find justice.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are too many facts and pieces of evidence to prove that<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, I will continue my battle against the\u00a0corrupt Judicial system of Belarus until I find Justice. Hopefully, one day I will stand in a courtroom, face to face, with all of you who decided to destroy the lives and future of my children so they will become \u201cCollective Farmers\u201d without a\u00a0free\u00a0spirit and free\u00a0will.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will be here, Deputy A.V. Kaldubay. I am not going anywhere.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
