Second Appeal to Slizhevsky Oleg Leonidovich

The Ministry of Justice, October 23, 2019

Slizhevsky Oleg Leonidovich, Ex-Minister of Justice

Oleg Leonidovich SLIZHEVSKI, Ex-Minister of Justice, is Sanctioned

EXCERPTS:

After litigating for more than two years, facing a denial of justice from the Belarusian judges and prosecutors, and receiving their pitiful decisions, which clearly prove that there has not been any serious assessment of any of the raised arguments in my appeals, I reached out to Mr. Oleg Slizhevskiy, the Minister of Justice of Belarus, hoping that he at least will be aware of how those judges and prosecutors under his managerial responsibility behave and conduct their jobs.

It’s better to be a dictator than Gay! Is Alexander Lukashenko a Gay and Dictator?

After all, he was the one who, publicly in his interview, at least pretended to respect “The Hague Convention” Regarding Child Abduction. Unfortunately, the interview of Mr. Oleg Leonidovich Slizhevskiy, “On National and International Mechanisms for Protecting the Interests of Children”, was only published to promote Belarus’ accession to the Convention on the “International Procedure for the Collection of Alimony for Children and Other Forms of Family Support” while he clearly must have known what absurdities are happening in his own sector.

UN, July 2019, from the Special Rapporteur on Belarus, Ms. Anaïs Marin

UN, Sept. 2020 Statement of Mrs. Anaïs Marin, UN Special Rapporteur
on the situation of human rights in Belarus

“Too many issues ignored for too long” on Human Rights in Belarus – 18th Meeting, 41st Regular Session Human Rights Council.

“Statement of Mrs. Anaïs Marin, UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Belarus, at the Urgent Debate on the situation of human rights in Belarus, Human Rights Council 45th session”.

My advice to Mr. Slizhevskiy: start respecting the Hague Treaty and all other international treaties that Belarus has signed and is bound to follow. Give the left-behind parents who are fighting for their children a FAIR trial, respecting their rights and International laws.

When justice is respected, then corrupt and illegal methods will not be necessary to be used to achieve the objectives of your citizens. This exactly would be “In the Best Interest of a Child”!

Unfortunately, Mr. Oleg Leonidovich Slizhevskiy never honestly responded to my concerns, and instead, he rather chose to give me a very general bureaucratic answer where he advised me to contact the Central Authorities of Belarus (which, by the way, fall under his remit and, they also promote a very specific law firm), basically, knowingly sending me back to exactly same people who ignore my rights under The Hague Convention.
