EXCERPTS:
The Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee reviewed the appeal of the lawyer of Arzinger Attorneys-at-Law Ye. P.M., a representative of N. Cheropoulos, sent to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and reported the
following.
At the same time, a parent who lives separately from the children has the right to communicate with them and is obliged to take part in their upbringing.
At the same time, state bodies do not have the right to interfere in legal proceedings and evaluate decisions taken by the courts.
Nobody asked to interfere with or evaluate court decisions. We asked to stop Ms. Trafimovich from denying me access to my Children!
