On consideration of the appeal

Dear Nicolas Cheropoulos,

With regard to your appeal, the Department of Education of the Administration of the Oktyabrsky District of the City of Minsk reports the following.

Your minor children: Alexandra Cheropoulou, born in 2015, and Anthie Anthoula Cheropoulou, born in 2012, live at their place of residence with their legal representative – their mother, L.A. Trafimovich.

Following the law, in case of temporary absence of parents for valid reasons (business trip, illness, etc.), it is allowed to leave the child (children) in the care of relatives or other close persons.

The legal rights and interests of your children are respected.

Under Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Appeals of Citizens of Legal Entities,” you have the right to appeal this response to the Minsk City Executive Committee (8, Nezavisimosti Ave., Minsk).
