And as usual, irrelevant argumentation from authorities in Belarus!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On the 12th of November 2019, I received an answer to my Appeal from the Director of the Kindergarten, Ms. O.M. Argunova, where she denied me the requested information regarding my children with the same copy-paste method and with the same irrelevant argumentation as her colleagues did before!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth remembering that since the 10th of September 2018, the final custody decision was ruled and enforced in Sweden. This decision is recognized and valid in the territory of Belarus!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citation from Minsk City Court:<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCustody and guardianship determined for minor Belarusian citizens while complying with the laws of the respective states are recognized effective in the Republic of Belarus if there are no objections against the determination of custody and guardianship or against their recognition from a diplomatic mission or a consular agency of the Republic of Belarus, which should receive a competent opinion of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in the manner prescribed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some reason, the above is ignored and neglected although the decision from Sweden was ruled 4 months earlier and was in force, the Judicial authorities of Belarus, proceeded with an illegally ruled decision on the 27th of December 2018, ignoring that there is a custody decision ruled already (the rule of earlier enforced decision)!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
