On the 2nd of May 2019, I received an email in which she refused to conduct the survey(!!!).<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ANSWER with REFUSAL from Psychologist Adrianova O.A. to conduct the requested and initially accepted survey on the 2nd of April 2019. The whole situation was more than schizophrenic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While in April, the Director of the Kindergarten, Ms. Argunovna, and the Psychologist, Ms. O.A. Adrianova, agreed to conduct the requested Psychological Survey with questions for my children. On the 2nd of May 2019, I received an email with the refusal to conduct the survey(!!!).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the 29th of April, 2019, there was a hearing at Minsk City Court where my Appeal regarding the illegally ruled decision on Custody should be processed. Previously, I sent an official Post and asked to postpone this hearing to a later date because I would be back in Minsk to celebrate my daughter Anthie\u2019s birthday early in June. I never received any ANSWER from Judge Ugnivenko I.N. (\u0423\u0433\u043d\u0438\u0432\u0435\u043d\u043a\u043e \u0418\u043d\u043d\u0430 \u041d\u0438\u043a\u043e\u043b\u0430\u0435\u0432\u043d\u0430) at Minsk City Court!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, I received a letter from Judge Makarevich in the middle of May, informing me that my Appeal was rejected by the Minsk City Court.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is obvious that the Psychologist O.A. Adrianovas’ refusal to conduct the requested survey of my children was solely connected with the rejection of my Cassation Appeal on the illegally ruled Custody decision from Minsk City Court, there is no doubt about this!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXCERPTS:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In response to your request of April 2, 2019, to conduct a survey of your daughters in the form of a conversation and provide you with answers to questions from Anthoula Anthie\u2019 and Alexandra, I inform you that according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 153-3 \u201cOn Provision of Psychological Counseling\u201d dated July 1, 2010 (Article 20. Rights and Obligations of Psychologists), psychologists have the right to refuse to provide psychological counseling in the event that a citizen\u2019s appeal for psychological counseling is not caused by the presence of psychological problems and (or) the need to overcome the consequences of crisis situations (!?).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, I bring to your attention that I refuse to conduct a psychological examination of the minors Anthoula Anthie Cheropoulou and Alexandra Cheropoulou in the form of a conversation.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
