My Attorney in Minsk, Mr. A.K., once again received a refusal from the Administration of the Health Care Institution \u201cCity Clinic No. 13\u201d to satisfy our request to provide us with a health record of the health status of my children. This time, they wanted the Notarization and Apostille to be translated into the Russian language (!!!).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the Convention, this is not necessary, and there is a specific Article describing this!! The article in the Convention regarding Apostille was made exactly. For this reason, the Notarization and the Apostille on a document do not have to be translated if it is in English (and two other languages)! Only the content of a document must be translated!! We are again waiting with curiosity and great excitement for what excuse the administration of the \u201cCity Children\u2019s Clinic No. 13\u201d will invent this time.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
