Deputy Kadlubai again gave a formal answer, avoiding the key issues<\/strong>!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Another pitiful answer was received on 2020.10.22, this time from A.V. Kadlubai, Deputy Minister of Education, who refused to consider the complaint submitted on 01.10.2020 regarding <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cImproper consideration of an appeal for control measures to check the quality assurance of education at the Ikhvis Private School\u201d<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy Minister Kadlubai once again gave a formal answer, avoiding the key issues in the submitted complaint 01.10.2020 without consideration, repeating articles and paragraphs about my \u201cRights\u201d. Thus, this time he also used sentences from my appeal to write his answer. I guess it was too difficult for him to combine his own sentences to give an answer with some credibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excerpts from his Answer:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus considered your repeated appeal dated 09\/30\/2020.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These questions have been repeatedly explained to you by the formation of the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Minsk, the administration of the Central District of Minsk, the Ministry of Education, and other state bodies.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we believe it possible to reiterate that according to part two of Article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Marriage and Family,<\/em> disagreements between parents about parenting are resolved in court. (Editor\u2019s note: how can you resolve disagreements in court when the Rule of Law is not respected when it does not EXISTS when the right to have a FAIR TRIAL does not EXIST!?)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, taking into account the above, as well as the complete identity information contained in the application dated 09\/30\/2020, information previously the considered application of 05\/19\/2020, guided by paragraph 1 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus \u201cOn appeals of citizens and legal persons \u201c(hereinafter referred to as the Law), we noticed that your repeated appeal are unreasonably and the correspondence with you on these issues is terminated.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
