In accordance with Subparagraph 1.1 of Paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of No. 498 of October 15, 2007, “On Additional Measures to Work with Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities”, we hereby refer to the appeal of N. Cheropoulos received by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, in order to study the facts stated, for consideration in the prescribed manner and preparation of a response to the appellant.
