Birulia also told me that Belarusian citizens are very “Tolerant” People!
I met Judge Birulia for the first time 10th of August 2017, when my Hague Case was planned to be processed. She introduced herself and started to talk about her memories from her childhood and her father. She remembered how they picked potatoes together and how happy she was to be with her father, and also that Belarusian citizens are very “Tolerant” People! Do the Belarusian people have any other choice?
She made it clear to all of us in the courtroom that she is against mixed relations because it is only leading to disaster and separations, and that the children are always paying for the bad judgment and decisions of the parents!
Regarding statistics, Belarus has the highest separation rate in Europe, together with Russia, at approximately 52%, and they usually compete for first place. I can’t believe that Judge Berulia was insinuating that this high rate is because of mixed relations with foreigners.
I was also told that Belarusian citizens are very “Tolerant” People!
Do the Belarusian People have another choice, Judge O.E. Birulia?

Judge Birulia also said that the proceedings must be handled urgently in the “Best Interest of the Children” because she didn’t want to be famous internationally! The fact is that Judge O.E. Birulia was already famous internationally for BREACH of Law, UNFAIR TRIALS, and Political-Motivated Persecution!

We all understand the reason why O.E. Birulia didn’t want to recognize Yuri Zakharenko as dead. It is a shame that this kind of people is allowed to call themselves professionals and exercise the profession of a Judge. Unfortunately, there are many of them, and they should all be locked up behind bars!
Judge O.A. Birulia is notoriously known as the Queen of Unfair Trials and Political-Motivated Persecution.
The statements by Birulia were only ashes in the eyes of the audience in the courtroom. Later on, she proved with her decision that she completely ignored my children and didn’t care about what was “In the Best Interest of Them”.
She deprived my daughters of having memories of their father from their Childhood, and with her sadistic “Strategy”, she cemented the ground for my unfair Legal Golgotha in Belarus!
