Violation of the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Appeal Referring to the Submitted Complaint\/Protest by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm to their Counterpart in Belarus<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An appeal was submitted by me, Nicolaos Cheropoulos, in January 2019 from Sweden, against the illegally ruled decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of December 27th, 2018, on determining the place of residence of minor children, recovering alimony for their maintenance, as well as determining the procedure for the departure of the minor children from the Republic of Belarus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019-01-16: Complaint was sent by Email to (omd@minjust.by<\/a>, icd@minjust.by<\/a>, kanc@minjust.by<\/a>, mail@mfa.gov.by<\/a>) by the state body \u201cCounty Administrative Board of Stockholm\u201d regarding \u201cViolation of the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters\u201d to the authorities of the Republic of Belarus, as follows:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe hearing that took place on December 27th, 2018, at 14.30 in the court of Oktyabrsky in Minsk resulted in a decision being announced.<\/strong> As Nicolas Cheropoulos was not served according to the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965, the Central Authority of The Kingdom of Sweden would appreciate a reply in this matter\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Swedish authorities, the \u201cCounty Administrative Board of Stockholm\u201d, never received an answer to their Complaint\/Appeal from their counterpart in Belarus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
