Sivak regarding Alexandra&#8217;s Health. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/anthie-alexandra-abducted2017.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2020.06.15-EN-ANSWER-on-APPEAL-to-MINSK-CITY-EXECUTIVE-HEALTHCARE-COMMITTEE-regarding-Alexandras-Health.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The answer received from D.V. Cherednichenko on 15.06.2020, can only be described as Pitiful and Pathetic and proves only that he must have some kind of Brain Damage or that he is Completely Incompetent!<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>On considering the appeal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dear Nicolas,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, having considered your appeal sent to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, reports the following;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Article 3 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-3, dated July 18, 2011, \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities,\u201d defines the entities that have the right to appeal. Clause 2 of the said article establishes that foreign citizens and stateless persons, representative offices of foreign organizations located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus enjoy the right of appeal on a par with citizens of the Republic of Belarus and legal entities of the Republic of Belarus unless otherwise specified by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, laws and international treaties of the Republic Belarus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cAccording to the address indicated by you, it is established that you are not currently in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Thus, you don\u2019t belong to entities with the right to appeal\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In addition, information about the state of health of Alexandra Cheropoulou is a medical secret. The procedure for providing information constituting a medical secret is established by Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2435-XII dated June 18, 1993, \u201cOn Health Care\u201d, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 200 dated April 26, 2010, \u201cOn Administrative Procedures Carried out by State Bodies and Other Organizations upon Applications of Citizens\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 the Decree).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>According to the Decree, information about the state of health is provided personally to the citizen (legal representative, or authorized person) upon presentation of a passport or other identification document.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The reference to Part 7 of Article 46 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2435-XII dated June 18, 1993, \u201cOn Health Care\u201d, is unreasonable, since Part 7 of Article 46 contains a list of state bodies and organizations that are provided with information constituting medical secret without the consent of the patient or authorized persons.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>We inform you that the lawyer A.K., acting on the basis of a power of attorney, was informed by the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee on the issue of receiving information about the state of health of A.C.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>\u201cThus, no violations of the law by the employees of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee have been established\u201d.<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First Deputy Chairman&nbsp;<em>\/signed\/<\/em>&nbsp;D.V.
