Having considered your electronic appeal to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, hereto attached: (\u201cMINISTRY OF EDUCATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS 02.22.2019 No. 05-01-439-H- (0) -0;  The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with clause 3 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus \u201cOn Appeals citizens and legal entities \u201dinforms that your appeal sent to the education committee of the Minsk city executive committee for a substantive review to the applicant and inform the Ministry of Education, Deputy Minister, R. Sidorenko\u201d<\/em>), the Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee (hereinafter \u2013 the Committee) reports the following.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus, all issues regarding the forms and methods of raising children, their education, free time, and other parenting issues are resolved by both parents by mutual agreement. At the same time, the parent living separately from the children has the right to communicate with them and is obliged to take part in their upbringing. Disputes are resolved in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the Decision of the Oktyabrsky District Court of the City of Minsk of December<\/em> 27, 2018, your children Anthoula Anthie, born in 2012, and Alexandra, born in 2015, shall reside with their mother L.A. Trafimovich.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to art. Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-3 \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d of July 18, 2011. If you disagree with this answer, you have the right to file an appeal against it to the Minsk City Executive Committee and further to the court in the manner prescribed by law.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
