The Education Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee reviewed the appeal of the lawyer of Arzinger Attorneys-at-Law Ye. P.M., a representative of N. Cheropoulos,\u00a0sent to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and reported the
following.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, a parent who lives separately from the children has the right to communicate with them and is obliged to take part in their upbringing.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, state bodies do not have the right to interfere in legal proceedings and evaluate decisions taken by the courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nobody asked to interfere with or evaluate court decisions. We asked to stop Ms. Trafimovich from denying me access to my Children!<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
