Cherednichenko, Deputy Chairman, with pitiful arguments!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>The Complete Appeal:<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, S.S.
