The Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, having examined the request of Arzinger Attorneys-at-Law, reports the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information on the state of health is provided in the manner prescribed by Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2435-XII dated June 18, 1993, \u201cOn Health Care\u201d, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 200 dated April 26, 2010 \u201cOn Administrative Procedures Carried out by State Bodies and Other Organizations upon Application of Citizens\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, to obtain information about the state of health of Alexandra Cheropoulou, an authorized person must contact the health institution \u201c13th City Children\u2019s Clinic\u201d (60, Kizhevatova Str., building D) and submit an identification document; a document confirming the authority to represent a foreign citizen of the Kingdom of Sweden N. Cheropoulos concerning his daughter Alexandra Cheropoulou; the degree of kinship.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
