From the very first moments of my children\u2019s abduction, my life has been defined by a singular, desperate plea: to be allowed to speak with my daughters, Anthie and Alexandra. For years, this plea fell on deaf ears. After a prolonged and agonizing silence, Liudmila finally initiated a call on October 17, 2022, not to offer a bridge but to reinforce the wall she has built between a father and his children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2017, my daughters have been completely isolated from my life. They have been forbidden from maintaining their proficiency in Greek, English, and Swedish, leading to the erosion of these languages. On multiple occasions, I offered to arrange and fund private language tutors in Minsk to help them maintain these skills. I also offered to hire a private math tutor for Anthie, who displayed exceptional mathematical talent at a very young age. Unfortunately, Liudmila refused every attempt I made to support their education, offering no logical explanation for her obstruction.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By forbidding them from speaking Greek and Swedish, the abductor Liudmila Trafimovich has effectively severed their connection to me and their extended family in Europe. Today, my daughters have largely forgotten these languages. While Anthie clings to fragments of her Greek, it is no longer enough to sustain a meaningful conversation. This is not a natural loss of memory; it is a calculated erasure of their dual identity.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

On numerous occasions, I reached out with a hand extended in support, offering to arrange and fully fund private tutors in Minsk. My goal was simple: to ensure my daughters remained proficient in Greek and Swedish and to nurture Anthie\u2019s extraordinary mathematical mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At just four years old, Anthie demonstrated a rare and beautiful gift for mathematics. She saw the world through logic and numbers, a talent that deserved to be cultivated with care. Instead, Liudmila met every offer of educational support with cold refusal. There was no logical explanation, no concern for the girls’ academic growth, only a steadfast determination to reject anything associated with their father.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The psychological impact of this obstruction is devastating. In our last true conversation on June 13, 2021, I heard the weight of the world in Anthie\u2019s young voice. She spoke with a sense of urgency that no child should have to carry, telling me: \u201cI must take care of this before it is too late, Daddy\u201d!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since that haunting conversation, Liudmila has completely severed the line. My calls go unanswered; my messages disappear into a void. The idea of a simple video call via Skype or Viber has been treated as an impossibility. By engineering a language barrier, Liudmila has ensured that even if we were to meet, we would be reduced to communicating through gestures. This is a profound cruelty, to render a father and his children foreigners to one another.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The Mechanics of Alienation and Manipulation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To deal with a self-centered and manipulative abductor is to witness the slow dismantling of a child’s potential. Liudmila\u2019s actions are not those of a protective mother, but of a gaoler. She prioritizes her control over her daughters\u2019 future careers and intellectual horizons.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fluency in multiple languages and a mastery of mathematics would have opened doors for Anthie and Alexandra across the globe. Instead, those doors are being systematically locked. Liudmila\u2019s primary mission is not the enrichment of our children, but the total elimination of my presence from their hearts and minds.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
