APPEAL to the Chairman of the Health Committee

I am concerned about my Daughter Alexandra’s health!

I ask you to inform me as legal representative in which health care institution my daughter Alexandra Cheropoulou, born on April 01, 2015, is currently hospitalized!

Instead, Malyshko Sergey Semyonovich asked me to provide him with paternity proof once again!

In parallel with my Appeal to the Education Authorities, I SUBMITTED an APPEAL to the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, S.S. Malyshko, regarding the Health Status of my Children.

The Complete Appeal:

Dear Sergei Semyonovich,

Since 2008, being in the Kingdom of Sweden territory, I lived with the Belarusian citizen Liudmila Arkadeyevna Trafimovich. During our life together, we have had two minor daughters – Anthoula Anthie’ Cheropoulou, born on June 08, 2012, and Alexandra Cheropoulou, born on April 01, 2015, who was born and permanently resided at the address: Sweden, Stockholm, Dansbanevägen 28, 126 31 Hägersten, before their removal to the Republic of Belarus.

Currently, I have received information that my youngest daughter, Alexandra Cheropoulou, is hospitalized in one of the healthcare institutions subordinate to the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Since I do not have reliable information, I fear for her health in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Under such circumstances, guided by Article 46 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2435-XII dated June 18, 1993, “On Health Care”, I ask you to inform me as soon as possible as a parent (legal representative) in which health care institution my daughter Alexandra Cheropoulou, born on April 01, 2015, is currently located, as well as information regarding her health status.
