ATTORNEYS’ COMPLAINT to Minsk Executive Health Committee CHAIRMAN Malyshko S.S. regarding the Rejection (20.05.2020) of my APPEAL by D.V. Cherednichenko, Deputy Chairman, with pitiful arguments!

To the Chairman of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, S.S. Malyshko

Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Bar and Legal Practice in the Republic of Belarus”: “A lawyer, acting as a representative or defense attorney, has the right … to request certificates, character references and other documents necessary in connection with the provision of legal assistance from state bodies and other organizations that are required to issue these documents or their copies in the established manner …”

Dear Sergei Semyonovich,

Following Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus, “On Bar and Legal Practice in the Republic of Belarus”, acting as a representative of a citizen of the Kingdom of Sweden, Nicolas Cheropoulos and guided by Article 46 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 2435-XII dated June 18, 1993 “On Health Care”, please inform us to our address concerning the following:

-in which health care institution is Alexandra Cheropoulou born on April 01, 2015, currently being treated,

-information regarding the state of health of Alexandra Cheropoulou, whose parent (legal representative) is Nicolaos Cheropoulos.

Annex: Power of attorney; documents confirming the degree of kinship of Nikolas Cheropoulos with his daughter Alexandra Cheropoulou.
